I fucking hate MC's!

Sick to death of downloading awesome sets with thick bastards shouting a load of bollocks over them, why cant they let a breakdown play or a kick off play just for 30 seconds atleast, they've spoiled alot of nights ive been too aswell, can anyone actually understand a word most of them say?

Fuck yeah. Annoying cunts most of them, especially the drum & bass heads. Only mc i really like is Ribbz but then he's a top dj too and a techno head so i think he see's it differently to most. Heard him telling other mc's to basically shut the fuck up too over the pa. Legend.

The BT night in Peterborough had one early on and I was a bit pissed off the first time I played there when the MC decided to rap "does the DJ want a beer" or something like that over the break to Propaganda 303.  I did though and got one.....but that's not the point, I can sign language that with a drinky type hand movement 

Are we strictly talking the ones who rap over the music or also the ones that like to "gee" up the crowd, "it's x on the decks let's hear you" etc.  I find when I am listening to some mixes while working and they come on they are a lot louder than the music it scares the shit out of me for a second

All the DnB nights I've been too have except a few in Newcastle have had MC's spoiling the night, even Danny Byrds is shite. Andy C's can be pretty good but thats about it.

They irritate the piss out of me. Its just not needed and the talent required to be one has just plummeted over the years. They wouldnt be so bad if they were actually creative and talented with what they were saying. But its all just babbling bull shit. They just turn up n shout a load of crap down the mic, shouting ANDY ANDY ANDY! Whilst waiting for the crowd to reply C C C doesnt make you an MC, it makes you a cunt. And a talentless cunt at that.

Ribbz is the man. Knows when to let the tunes do the talking and can host a room for the whole evening and def adds to the whole experience.

Time and a place, early hardcore and drum n bass then yeah as the tempo wasn't up there......if you start rapping over 160bpm and massive rig then you may as well shout Swah illi or zulu commands to deaf chinese scribes.
